Mr. Chris Liassides, Senior Lecturer at the Business Administration and Economics Department of CITY College International Faculty successfully delivered the third module of the Programme for Management Development entitled ‘The Role of Marketing Communications’ in Kyiv.
Mr. Liassides discussed a topic that which is vital for any business or organisation in today’s corporate world and is directly linked to operational efficiency. Effective marketing communications help management teams and marketing managers develop a strategic vision about leveraging on the various marketing opportunities and platforms and device the plans that make the company come up with the new and innovative methods to promote the offerings to the customers.
Mr Christos Liassides, also outlined a number of different key issues of making the best out of communication effort that can ensure the new approach in the various stages of the purchasing process.
Participants found the unit particularly insightful and had the opportunity to discuss with Mr. Liassides the effects that a well-executed marketing plan can have in a company.
The ‘Programme for Management Development’ will be completed with 6 modules. The programme aims at equipping professionals with skills and knowledge, which are required for meeting companies’ strategic objectives; understanding business as an integrated system in the interrelationship of organizational, financial, marketing decisions aimed at increasing business competitiveness. The programme runs in collaboration with the European Business Association (EBA).
